Do not:

• Show AVM / Zestimate / estimated value / value range as quote offer content
• Present enrichment characteristics as a preliminary appraisal
• Put API keys in browser JavaScript

Do:

• Display fee + turnaround (+ address, product, validity when your office provides them)
• Keep keys on your server
• Use factual status milestones only when status APIs exist (later waves)

Appraiser Flow enforces this on public DTOs; your site UX must match.
